-TWO DAY MINIMUM STAY ON RV AND TENT SITES IN HIGH SEASON.
-CABINS HAVE A THREE DAY MINIMUM STAY IN THE HIGH SEASON.
NOTES
Low Season for 2011 is:
- April 23 to June 17; and
- September 6 to October 15
High Season for 2011 is:
- June 27 to September 6
High Season may apply to long weekends and holidays.
Group rates available outside high season.
Prices are in Canadian dollars.
Rates for two-bedroom cabins are based on six people.
All other rates are for two adults and any children under 7 years old. For all children aged 8 or older, add $3.00. For additional adults, add $5.00
.

Reservation and Refunds
• At the time of making a reservation, the equivalent of a 2-night stay per week will be charged to your credit card to guarantee your requested date and location for a RV/tent space.
• To reserve a Cabin, the equivalent of 3 nights stay per week will be charged to your credit card to guarantee your reservation.
• A request for a specific site for under 7 days will be noted but not be guaranteed.
• Holiday weekends and special events that have a minimum stay may have special deposit and cancellation requirements Please note this applies to the Sturgis North Bike Rally 2011.
• Your reservation may be canceled upon the following notifications:
(i) Notifying us by 4:00pm 2 weeks prior to the first day of your reservation for RV/Tent Sites.
(ii) Notifying us by 4:00pm 30 days prior to the first day of your reservation for Cabins.
• If you DO CANCEL or change you reservations within the time lines noted above, a $ 25.00 non-refundable cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card.
• If you DO NOT CANCEL or change your reservations within the time lines noted above, your deposit will be forfeited.
• There will NOT be refunds for the following conditions:
(i) Not showing
(ii) Late arrivals
(iii) Early departures
(iv) Inclement weather
Checking IN and OUT:
• Check-in time is 1:00 pm. and check-out time is 11:00 am.
• If you wish to remain another day please check at the office by 10:00 am. and we will make necessary arrangements based on availability. In order to fulfill all our guest reservations, failure to do so without checking at the office will automatically be charged for another day’s stay.
Pool/ Hot Tub
• Hours of Operation of the pool are 10:00 am. to 9:30 pm, in High Season and 11:00am to 8:00 pm Low Season.
• Hours of Operation of the hot tub are 5:00 pm to 9:30 pm in High Season and 4:00pm - 8:00pm in Low Season.
• There is no lifeguard on duty; swim at your own risk.
• Children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• No Diving Allowed Our pool is for the pleasure of registered guests only.
• No pets are allowed in the pool area.
• All children who are not toilet-trained must be wearing a proper swim diaper at all times around or while in the pool or hot-tub (these are available for purchase at the office).
• Please dry off before entering the building areas as the floors are very slippery when wet.
Visitors
• Visitors must check-in at the office before entering the park. Due to Campground capacity there is limit on the amount of vistors allowed in park. Please check with managment before inviting visitors.
• Visitors will receive a pass and this must be displayed while they are in the park.
• Guests' vehicles must be contained in your campsite and not be parked on the road, due to fire regulations. There is no additional parking available.
• All visitors must leave the park by 10:00 pm.
• A fee will be charged to visitors at $5.00 for a day pass and $10.00 for an overnight pass. Children 7 and under are free. If visitors stay less than one hour, we will refund the fee upon departure.
